Operational Hub

One Bid-Project record moving through MASA's twelve lifecycle stages, from Market Engagement to Closeout, with ten system gates and three payment gates on the handoffs between departments. The system owns state and prompts; the team executes the steps it names. Two screens carry the whole idea — one queue and one record, with the gate on the record itself — and everything else in the proposal hangs off them.

1 Work queue Every bid, estimate and project with the stage it sits in, who owns it, and how long it has been sitting there. One board, with a view scoped to whoever is looking. Open → 2 The record Everything about one job in one place. Only the current stage's working fields are surfaced; estimates are versions rather than overwrites; documents carry versions; and the history records the stage, who moved it, and the days it spent there. Open → 3 The gate — on the record What the gate requires before the job can move, sitting on the record itself rather than behind another screen. Manual checks, document uploads that check themselves, an override with a logged reason — and a payment gate that has none. Open →
